Support and incident intake
A safe public intake path for support, recovery, privacy, and incident requests.
Choose a request type
Use the public inbox for general support, account recovery, privacy requests, security reports, or service incidents. Include the request type and the minimum context needed to route it. The inbox is an intake channel, not an authenticated command path.
Never send secrets
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, wallet private keys, seed phrases, recovery shares, or raw signatures. The operator will never ask for them. If a secret was exposed, rotate it before continuing.
Recovery and privileged actions
Account recovery uses the configured authentication-provider flow and authenticated application checks. Email alone cannot authorize a trade, withdrawal, wallet or Safe owner change, signer change, venue action, contract action, or movement of capital.
Privacy and deletion
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion. Identity verification and reviewed retention rules apply. Public-chain records cannot be erased by the operator, and some security or audit records may need to be retained.
Pre-launch availability
This inbox does not yet carry a public response-time guarantee. Monitored delivery, failed-delivery escalation, counsel-reviewed privacy handling, and independent operator coverage remain launch gates.
